NCF Now Administering the FHA Streamlined (k) Limited Repair Program

We are now administering the FHA Streamlined (k) program. Not to be confused with the regular 203(k) program, the Streamlined (k) permits homebuyers to finance up to an additional $35,000 into their mortgage to improve or upgrade their home or a home that they are buying. True 1x Close w/Staged Funding Training Session for Originators and Processors

NCF requires all Originators and their Processors to attend a training session on this loan product prior to submitting their first loan. This training session will explain in detail the flow and outline the steps involved from the Originators and Processors perspective on NCF’s True 1x Close with Staged Funding Program. The training is conducted online and via conference call at least once per month.
