Since 2002, we have provided the construction administration services for various permanent lenders so they have the ability to offer a True One-Time Close FHA Const/Perm real estate mortgage loan. In 2007, we expanded our construction administration services to include the FHA Streamlined (k) Limited Repair Loan Program. Our construction administration service enables permanent lenders to offer their clients both of these loan programs without the expense of managing their own construction loan department.
NCF currently only administers the construction phase of our True One-Time Close Const/Perm loan program on Manufactured and Modular Homes.
